Stamped Brazed Aluminum Water Cooling Plate 600x400x10mm For EV Battery Pack A stamped and brazed water cooling plate for EV battery packs, built on a 600 x 400 mm envelope with a parallel multi-channel layout and integrated distribution manifold. Stamping both halves from 5 mm sheet and brazing them in one vacuum cycle produces a flat, sealed plate that spreads coolant evenly across the whole contact area instead of letting the far end of the pack run hot.
